Overview
Fiora organizes the work of a gaming café around devices, timed and open sessions, cafeteria sales and the business day. The interface also covers reservations, customers, inventory, reports and team administration.
Challenge
A live venue has several clocks running at once: device availability, session time, food orders and cash movements. Staff need to see those states without switching between disconnected records.
Solution
The live board and session workspace show availability, active sessions and billing context. A separate cafeteria POS and daily cash summary connect sales to the same operation.
Engineering
The PHP application uses a custom MVC structure and role-based operations. Business-day records preserve the date of opening across midnight; printing supports thermal receipts with a browser fallback.
Architecture
Device and session state feeds billing; customer credit and later collection remain distinct from cash movements. The interface uses a shared navigation and component system across Arabic and English, with saved theme preference.
Features
Live device board, timed and open sessions, reservations, cafeteria POS, daily cash, deferred payments, reporting, light and dark themes.
Results
The running local workspace brings venue operations and money flows into one navigable system. Screenshots document the current product state without claiming measured business impact.
