Challenge
Daily center work spans students, sessions, payments and academic records. Staff need to complete common actions while a student or parent is waiting and preserve an accurate record across both languages.
Solution
The dashboard surfaces student counts, revenue, attendance, exam performance and the day's schedule. Focused modules cover groups, timetables, attendance, learning materials, exams and finance.
Engineering
Laravel models the center workflows and role permissions; QR-assisted and manual attendance are supported. Vite builds the Blade, Tailwind and Alpine.js interface, with PDF and QR packages in the application.
Architecture
A single system of record connects enrollment, groups, attendance, invoices and exams. Arabic RTL and English LTR share the same interface system, including light and dark themes.
